AiR 2025 / Mireille Solomon

A residency project on the relationship between architecture and dance.
June 16–28, 2025
Mireille Solomon (DE) is an architect and lighting designer whose passions also include contemporary dance. She creates choreographies through which she explores architectural structures, movement, gestures, and the dance they initiate. In Pardubice, she collaborated on her project with local dancers Barbora Ptáčková and Ester Hrubá, and photo- and videographer Marie Matula Sieber. The Shared Studio (Sdílený ateliér) provided an excellent base for their work.
The outcome of this residency project—created in a warm collaboration with the organization Taje—will be a short dance video.
The OFFCITY AiR 2025 residency project is made possible thanks to the financial support of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic and the city of Pardubice. It could not happen without a warm collaboration with Taje & Sdílený ateliér. Thank you!
